Why You Might Need a Keyjam Keycap

If you've cleaned your keyboard or just used it a lot, the top of the key can snap off. This design isn't perfect; keys can get stuck or pop up, known as 'Ghost Key' or 'Key Jamming.' Stuff like dirt, regular use, or even a bad design can cause these issues.

How to Pick the Right Replacement Key

Check the model number on the bottom of your MacBook, towards the back. You'll see something like A2337.

How to Put on the Keyjam Keycap

Slide the bottom part of the key into the right spot, then lightly press down on the top part to snap it in place.

NOTE: the key consists of a keycap and a hinge clip. This item contains only keycap. If your keycap is broken too, don't forget to add to cart.
